Второстепенные части предложения могут быть выражены:\\
1. Придаточной частью сложного предложения\\
2. Герунди**а**льным оборотом\\
3. Инфинитивным оборотом\\
4-5. Причастными оборотами (две штуки)

Например,

1. My car was in the garage **because they (the mechanics) had done something to it**. \\
2. My car was in the garage **for having something done to it**. <-- //The Causative Voice//\\
3. My car was in the garage **to have something done to it**. <-- //The Causative Voice//\\
4. My car, **something having been done to it**, was in the garage.\\
5. My car, **something done to it**, was in the garage.\\

Другой пример без каузатива,

1. My car was in the garage **after it had been washed**.\\
2. My car was in the garage **after having been washed**.\\
3. My car was out of the garage **to be washed**.\\
4. My car, **being washed**, was out of the garage./My car, **having been washed**, was in the garage.\\
5. My car, **washed**, was in the garage.\\
